• Consulting of those in professional transition, clarification of main problem areas, formation of reorientation processes, suggestion of possible personal and behavioral changes and the corresponding training sessions needed to reach goals. In this process it is the coaching client (“coachee”) who decides to which extent he or she would like to integrate these performance skills into his or her life management.
    • The coach helps the coachee to most optimally configure a professional reorientation and transformation process. We know meaningful coaching must include the creation of room for expansion, personal growth and development in the professional world.
    • We also coach skilled personnel and upper-level management to prepare them for particular situations, ways of looking at problems and decision-making within the company. We come from the field and have mastered the rules of the game.
